Early Intervention/ISP

Early (Childhood) Intervention is identifying and supporting children (and their families) at the earliest stage of life to prevent problems from developing later in their life.

An Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) is a legal document (similar to the Individual Education Program/Plan or IEP). It outlines services for early intervention paid for under the IDEA (federal law). This plan guides services for a child birth-3 years old.
